The issue was resolved for 18500USDT.

18,500 USDT were taken by the exchanger. Support responded every 20-45 minutes, reading messages. They refused all logical methods to confirm that I was the wallet owner. They chose methods to stall for time. They ignored confirmation of correspondence. They ignored requests for legal advice on processing personal information. In the end, they even blocked me from Telegram, simply because these questions were inconvenient. I do not recommend it. They are not returning the money. Exchange 681169
