I don't recommend this exchanger. Request ID *** was deleted. The system allegedly didn't see the payment. Sadly, the funds were sent using the specified tag, but for some unknown reason, the wallet was automatically replaced. I noticed this only after the money was sent. This has happened on other exchangers, but the exchanges were successful, but here it's the opposite. Support decided to ignore it, claiming they didn't receive the payment for the request. Although another service helped me a little with this situation, here's their response in essence: "Yes, such an address can be used with us, but other exchangers can too—this is standard practice in the TON network. All receipts are tracked not only by address, but also by the destination tag (comment/message), which is specified when sending. Without the correct tag, the system simply won't be able to credit the payment to the correct request." "If you sent funds to another exchanger with their tag, they couldn't have reached us. Even if the address is the same, the destination tag identifies the recipient within the system. If the tag was specified correctly, then the funds did indeed leave, but they arrived specifically at their payment gateway. And they should be the ones to handle this. I specified the correct tag when sending "***." This is the tag for this exchange request, and the tones should have ultimately arrived to you! My only mistake is that I previously didn't pay any attention to the wallet substitution, but I have a question: why does this happen on other exchangers? It wasn't even noticeable. Why did others do it, but this exchanger just ignored it? I can provide different transfer amounts on other exchangers, where it turned out this ad was the same as here. Is this a coincidence or a fluke? All transfers and exchanges were successful, and I can prove it. The same address is traceable, but different tags are visible in the wallet and in the requests. The exchange amount is approximately 50 USDT! I won't get back either the USDT or the TON, we're already done. I've done a lot of exchanges here for other currencies before, but now I'll avoid them completely, and I'm often asked about good exchangers. I won't recommend yours to anyone!
